Delays happen, they happen for anyone in development, if this is truely something you are into then you understand that. To think otherwise is a pipe dream. There are plenty of external and internal things to deal with. Here for example is an external issue that directly delaying us from getting the test server up. We are moving offices, the move is forcing a change in what we had planned for the test server. We are delayed till next week due to the move. We spent all of last week with a development team going over what we have and what we need and want. They are working with Leo and giving us more man power to do some of the changes we want.

Last time, Delays happen, and you have to understand that. Delays in that the data that was given was in Korean, thus time for translation the data that was given was out of date in some cases so it needed to be updated. Some data was missing, which then had to be obtained. We are not the original dev. team for ROSE and we are not going to Lie and tell you it flowers and roses and everything is wonderful. There are things that we are coming upon that need to be changed there are parts of the game that have had a need for an update for the last 2 years. These things take time. Are we done, yes Leo and his team are done with the update to this extent. We are waiting on the test server client and the servers as well. Due to the move in office we are forced to delay this week. ROSE isn't a dead game and its not dieing either. You are taking a personal look at it and when I tell you, and you probably wont believe me, but the game isn't dieing, its just your patients.

@HolyEagle, its a misconception that the test server will open on a Thursday. It could be any day during the week. So having to come and post each thursday doesn't make sense. We have stated on a number of occasions that the test server opening can happen at any point. As soon as its go, its go and there is no point to delay that.

No, I've removed all the skill restrictions to current skill trees for all classes. You may attempt to achieve both skill trees, however with the new increased skill levels, you're not going to be able to max everything. So you will need to plan what skills you want, and hope you have enough skill points to do it.

Hustle Charm just has the description "Increase the target's Movement Speed." Does that mean it will no longer add aspd?

Correct, Hustle Charm has lost it's attack speed boost and is now a pure movement speed buff. Look else where for your attack speed buffs.

You may not have seen the post from Calanor explaining the delay in our test server's opening. Our offices are moving, due to this, our test servers are moving as well and will require being setup and reconfigured to our new location. It's an unfortunate delay, however unavoidable as much as we've tried to find an alternate solution. I can't give an estimate at this point, but we are hopeful that it will be soon since we were nearly ready before we found out they had to be moved as well.
